PRICE

Ticket prices vary depending on the day and time you wish to visit the exhibition. Free entry for children under 3 years of age.

DURATION

45 minutes to 1 hour, however there is no time limit once you have passed through the entry area.

   GROUPS

Tailored corporate functions and large group celebration solutions are available. Please complete the group form with requirements and a team member will get back to you ASAP.

The Fever Exhibition and Experience Centre is located at 62 Dawson Street Brunswick. The venue is minutes away from Brunswick’s vibrant Sydney Road, and in front of the RMIT campus.

The venue is located at 62 Dawson Street, Brunswick. There are a range of public transport options, but we recommend:

  • The 19 tram, departing the CBD: alighting at the 21 – Brunswick Town Hall / Sydney Rd (Brunswick) stop, followed by a 6-minute walk
  • The Upfield train line, departing the CBD: alighting at Jewell Station, followed by an 8-minute walk

Unfortunately, there won’t be parking at this venue, but there is off-street parking in the vicinity.

› Can I use public transit to get there?

The venue is located at 62 Dawson Street, Brunswick. There are a range of public transport options, but we recommend:

Sensory warning: this exhibit contains strobe lighting effects, sudden loud noises, and theatrical fog/haze.

› Do we have audio guides available? Audio guide languages?

No, we don’t have audio guides available.

› Are restrooms available inside the exhibition?

This venue has restrooms – please ask our staff on site for directions.

› Are there clothes/coat checks available?

There is no depository or space available to check or hold your prohibited items or items you do not wish to have with you inside the exhibition. Please return any items that are prohibited as well as any items you do not wish to take with you through the exhibition to your vehicle before entering the exhibition.

› Prohibited and Permissible Personal Items

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibition, all bags entering or leaving the space, including purses, are subject to inspection.

Permissible Items:

  • Walkers, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids
  • Small personal point-and-shoot cameras, including smartphones

Prohibited Items:

  • Paints and aerosols
  • Permanent markers
  • Weapons of any type
  • Food and beverages of any type (including alcohol) other than sealed water
  • Bikes, helmets, skateboards, rollerblades, and non-mobility aid scooters
  • Prams and strollers
  • Camping chairs
  • Professional photo or video equipment
  • Tripods

› How long does it take to see the entire exhibition?

Once your admission time has begun most visitors make it through the entire exhibit space in 45 minutes to one hour however there is no time limit once you have passed through the entry area.

› What time should I arrive?

Please make sure to allow time for traffic, parking, and entrance delays.

Please plan to arrive so that we can begin scanning your tickets for admission 5-10 minutes before your admission time. Tickets purchased on-site are subject to availability and we strongly suggest purchasing tickets online in advance.

› What are the operating hours?

Mon: 9:30am to 12:30pm
Fri: 9:30am to 6pm
Sat & Sun: 9am to 7pm

› Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

› Can I take photos/video inside the experience?

Yes, we wouldn’t want you to miss the opportunity to capture this special moment! Please make sure to share your experience using #DinosInSydney.

Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the event organiser. Even if your camera gear just appears professional, you may be asked to take it out of the exhibit space.

› Are there loud sounds and lighting effects?

› Is merchandise available?

Yes, there is a retail store where guests can shop for a wide variety of products.

› Are food and beverages available inside the exhibition?

No food or beverages are permitted once you’ve entered the exhibition except for closed water bottles.

› Can I bring animals?

Unfortunately, we will only be able to grant access to registered or validated Service dogs.

› Can I bring my stroller?

Strollers and prams are prohibited within the exhibition but we do provide pram parking at entry.

› How will we handle Lost and Found?

Lost and found can be checked with the onsite team first or you can contact us at [email protected]. Users may not be able to go back to the experience unless the onsite staff allows it.

› How and where can I purchase tickets?

On the Fever App which is available on Google Play and the Apple Store.
On the Fever website, our official ticketing partner.

› What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Jurassic World: The Exhibition in Melbourne can only be purchased at the Fever website or the box office of the Fever Exhibition Hall. Tickets are not available from any other website, ticketing platform, or outlet.

› Can tickets be purchased at the door?

Yes, tickets can be purchased at the front door.

› How much are tickets?

Please consult our ticketing page as ticket prices vary depending on the day and time you wish to visit the exhibition.

› What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket options:

Standard Access:

– Adult(16+)
– Child (3-15 years old)
– Family Pass: 2 adults + 2 children
– Senior/Student
– Group Ticket (10+)

Standard Access tickets grant you into Jurassic World: The Exhibition at your allocated time slot and allow you to explore the exhibition at your leisure.

Flex Access: Flexible entry tickets allow full access to the experience at any time on your selected date.

› What forms of payment do you accept?

Jurassic World: The Exhibition is a cashless environment. The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express for ticket purchases.

› Is my child the right age to attend?

Children aged 3 and above will get the most out of this Exhibition although all children are welcome. Children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Age check maybe required.

› Does my child need a ticket to enter?

If your child has celebrated their third birthday, they will need a ticket to enter the exhibition. Children under age three do not require a ticket and can enter with any paying adult. Age check maybe required.

› Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

› What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

› Do you offer Complimentary Carer Tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.

› Do I need to print my ticket?

No, digital tickets can be validated directly from the Ticketmaster App. Please follow instructions at the point of sale.

› Do you offer group discounts?
